Origin and Dispatch

Our products are sourced directly from South Korea and shipped through our specialist K-Beauty logistics partner, who handles collection, packaging and international delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Spain, France, Germany and the rest of the EU: 7-21 business days
• Time may vary depending on customs processing and courier volume

Carriers

Delivery is carried out through trusted international couriers (FedEx, DHL Express, EMS, K-Packet), with tracking numbers provided for every order.

Customs and Duties

For orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the displayed price (OSS regime). You should not incur any additional customs charges upon delivery for EU orders.
