Glasshour Beauty is operated by RKFASTSHIPP SRL, a company registered in Romania, with an active intra-community VAT number. Our online store offers Korean cosmetics and personal care products (K-Beauty).

By accessing and using this website, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.
Products and Prices
- All prices displayed are in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, however the price confirmed at the time of placing your order remains valid for that order
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only; there may be minor differences from the actual product (colour, packaging) for technical display reasons
Orders
- By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is correct and complete
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspicion of fraud
- Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; you will be notified in the event of unavailability
Delivery
- Products are shipped from South Korea through our logistics partner
- The estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping method
- Delays caused by customs, weather conditions or other external factors are not directly under our control
Payments
We accept payments via: Shopify Payments / PayPal / other configured methods. All payments are processed securely through certified platforms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logo, design) is the property of RKFASTSHIPP SRL or is used with the permission of the owners, and is protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
Glasshour Beauty / RKFASTSHIPP SRL is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before using any new cosmetic product.
